Senior Project Director – Major M&E Nuclear Projects

CIH International Housing Group in Glasgow seeks a Project Director to lead a major project portfolio from pre-design to delivery on schemes £20M+ in value. You will drive health and safety leadership, manage pre-construction activities, and oversee specialist subcontractors while delivering on time and within budget.

You will work with the regional senior team to define strategy, review contracts, and prepare local business plans.
