Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our in-house multidisciplinary team, delivering person-centred, holistic care in a community-based setting. You will work to maintain high staffing ratios and support independence, building daily living skills for our patients.
You will role-model warmth and teamwork, lead care teams, and stay up-to-date with evidence-based practice and CQC standards. An NMC PIN is required; mentorship experience is desirable.
