Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to SMEs with limited or no internal HR function
- Handle employee relations casework and escalation management
- Draft policies, handbooks, and guidance materials
- Manage restructure projects and recruitment processes
- Design and deliver training for client teams
- Provide end-to-end operational HR support and guidance to clients
- Coordinate client visits and on-site support across the local region
- Work autonomously with flexible scheduling to meet client needs
Key requirements
- Proven experience in an HR generalist role (HR Advisor/HR Manager background)
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, senior managers and HR peers
- CIPD qualification preferred or equivalent by experience
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle for client visits
- Strong communication and advisory skills
