Automation Maintenance Engineer – 4×4 Shifts, Growth

Omega in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Maintenance Engineer on a 4 x 4 shift pattern (12 hours) to support proactive maintenance, inspections and continuous improvement across a multi-site operation. You will work closely with operations to ensure high-quality production and efficient equipment performance.

The role offers exposure to a variety of engineering equipment and processes, with opportunities to progress into supervision or cross-functional roles within a collaborative environment.
