Data, Analytics & AI Solution Architect

Overview

You will own end-to-end data, analytics, and AI architecture in a Microsoft-first environment, guiding both design and delivery. You’ll shape scalable, secure data platforms and AI implementations that drive enterprise decision-making. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical designs and ensure production readiness. This role sits at the heart of Teva’s data modernization, enabling faster, compliant, and value-driven outcomes across core functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI use cases with focus on quality, security, scalability, and cost
• Translate business needs into target architectures and delivery-ready designs
• Lead hands-on prototyping, architecture reviews, and technical support for delivery teams
• Ensure security, governance, compliance, and operational readiness from design to production deployment

Key requirements

• 15+ years IT experience
• 10+ years in senior solution architecture for enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms
• 2+ years hands-on delivery with Microsoft-first AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Search, Semantic Kernel, Prompt Flow)
• 7+ years experience with Azure-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, data lake architectures, SQL, dimensional modeling)
• Proven ability to own end-to-end solution architecture and guide teams through implementation and reviews
• Strong experience with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory alignment
• Excellent English communication and cross-stakeholder alignment

• Hands-on technical leadership
• Strong architectural judgment across data, analytics, AI, integration, security
• Ability to translate problems into practical technical solutions
• Power BI architecture (semantic models, DAX, Power Query)
• Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform governance, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD for analytics/AI
• Microsoft security and governance services (Entra, Purview, Key Vault)
