HR Transformation Lead

YTL UK is seeking an HR Improvements Lead to join our People team on a two-year fixed-term contract in Bath. You will drive transformation across the HR Service Centre, combining analytics with practical change to deliver a more efficient and resilient service.

Reporting to HR leadership, you’ll review processes, improve data quality, support AI-enabled journeys, and lead change activities across Payroll, Resourcing and IT.
