Soho House Group in London seeks a Retail FP&A Analyst to own budgeting and forecasting for Soho Home and Cowshed, reporting to the Retail Head of Finance. You will drive cost-margins analysis, produce monthly P&L reviews with site GM teams, and challenge budget holders to improve efficiency.
The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications with 2-4 years in retail FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI and Dynamics 365 BC.
