SEND Learning Support Coach – Empower Learners

One to One personnel Limited in Chelmsford is seeking a Learning Support Coach to work on a temporary ongoing basis. The role pays £15.00 per hour and runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with 37 hours per week and term-time scheduling.

You’ll support learners with SEND, promote inclusion and work with staff to ensure effective outcomes under EHCP plans. The position requires SEND experience and an up-to-date DBS, with a start date aimed for w/c 4th September.
