Expanded is the specialist delivery partner within LaingO’Rourke, delivering construction solutions and embedding safety and wellbeing across major projects in the UK. The Health & Safety Manager will support multiple projects, lead safety culture, and ensure wellbeing is integrated at every delivery layer.

Based on a multi-site role, the position focuses on driving safety performance, coaching teams, and embedding inclusive practices across urban and civil infrastructure schemes.
