Safety Culture Manager – Highways & Civil

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead H&S across highways and civil engineering projects in the South East. You will partner with operations to raise safety culture, drive improvements and ensure compliance on multiple sites.

This role requires NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH membership, strong knowledge of UK H&S laws and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
