Retrofit Site Manager – Energy Efficiency in Housing

CCS is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee retrofit and energy efficiency projects across the UK. You will manage on-site teams, ensure CDM compliance, liaise with residents and clients, and drive safe, efficient project delivery.

You’ll coordinate schedules, monitor progress, maintain quality, and report to the Contracts Manager. A background in social housing installations, energy retrofit, and strong H&S knowledge is essential. Flexible working and long-term contracts are offered.
