Fitness Centre Manager: Drive Healthy Lifestyles & Customer Excellence

Southwark Council is seeking a Fitness Manager to shape and launch a brand-new leisure service across a borough leisure centre. You will lead the fitness product, drive group exercise and gym programming, and help deliver outstanding customer service while promoting healthy activity and reducing health inequalities.

The role requires CIMSPA/REPs Level 3, strong customer-facing experience, and proven ability to meet sales targets using CRM.
