Job Responsibilities
- General Warehouse duties.
- Picking and packing stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
- Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
- Driving FLT Truck – Training will be provided.
- Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures.
- You will need to support the Trade Counter as required providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Working Hours and Shift Pattern
The role is full time, working 40 hours a week. It is a rotating shift pattern: one week 06:00-15:00 and the following week 09:00-18:00, with 1 hour break (but will always be an 8-hour shift in-between these times to suit the business). We will keep you on the same shift for a week at a time.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with customers.
- Experience working in a warehouse.
- Experience working with a FLT.
- Able to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
