Graduate Surveyor – Rotational Real Estate Trainee

Bruntwood SciTech in Manchester is launching a 24-month Real Estate Graduate programme starting September 2027. You will rotate across four surveyor disciplines—Commercial, Account Management, Asset Management and Development—and gain a broad view of commercial property.

You will join a cohort of four graduates, undergo a robust induction, and have the opportunity to progress toward chartered surveyor status while contributing to Bruntwood SciTech’s portfolio.
