On-site Attendance Officer — Support Student Attendance

Swanwick Hall School in Derby, DE55 1AE, is seeking an Attendance Officer to monitor attendance and punctuality, working with the Pastoral Team and families. The role is full-time, permanent, on-site, 37 hours per week across 39 weeks per year.

The successful candidate will be positive, discreet and resilient, capable of handling sensitive information and engaging with a range of stakeholders while supporting students to improve attendance.
