Term-Time Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner

The Dare2Dream Foundation is recruiting a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to support vulnerable children and young people across Abingdon and surrounding Oxfordshire. This term-time role delivers bespoke outreach interventions in homes, schools and community settings, assessing needs and developing tailored support plans.

You will work closely with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes, with regular travel required to reach clients during 41 weeks per year.
