About this Role

Arnold HillSpencer Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Personal Assistant tothe Principal and Office Manager to provide high-quality administrative andorganisational support to the Principal while ensuring the efficient day-to-dayoperation of the Academy’s administrative services.

This is apivotal role within the Academy, requiring a professional, proactive and highlyorganised individual who can manage a varied workload in a fast-pacedenvironment. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact forthe Principal, providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative supportto senior leaders, whilst leading and managing the office administration team.

We arelooking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking and able to anticipate the needs of senior leaders.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and professional approach.
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in a range of IT systems and software packages.
  • Experienced in providing high-level PA or executive support, ideally within an educational setting.

Thesuccessful candidate will be committed to delivering an outstanding service,maintaining confidentiality at all times, and contributing positively to thesmooth and effective running of the Academy.
