Hospitality Operations Leader

The Novotel Wolverhampton, part of the Accor group, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the hotel’s daily operations, including guest services, F&B and facilities. You will report to the General Manager and ensure brand and company standards are met.

This role requires hospitality leadership experience, a proactive approach to guest satisfaction, and the ability to manage shifts, training and performance reviews. Focus on safety and cost control is essential.
