Senior Distribution Center Operations Leader

JD Sports Fashion is seeking an Operational Manager for its Distribution Centre to lead and develop a team of Managers, drive the execution of the distribution business plan, and ensure safety, efficiency and compliance with company standards. You will collaborate across Distribution, Head Office and Stores to deliver KPI targets.

The role requires experience managing large teams, a strong focus on Health & Safety, and the ability to balance cost with performance in a fast-paced retail operation.
