Senior Finance Manager – Food Ventures & Away From Home (AFH)

Overview

In this Senior Finance Manager role, you will lead finance support for the UK AFH and Food Ventures businesses, shaping the AOP, forecasts and long-term planning. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and commercialise innovation, drive revenue growth and profitability, and provide actionable financial insights. You will develop and coach the AFH Finance Business Partner, strengthening finance capability across the channel. This role sits at the heart of strategic decision-making and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance support for UK AFH and Food Ventures, owning AOP, forecasting and long-term planning
• Partner with Global and UK teams to localise and commercialise innovation opportunities
• Support business initiatives with financial modelling, investment analysis and recommendations
• Drive RGM strategy including pricing, promotion and mix optimisation
• Support customer negotiations and Joint Business Planning with actionable insights
• Oversee reporting, forecasting and performance management across ambient, chilled, frozen and D2C channels
• Lead CAPEX governance and investment recommendations
• Coordinate reporting to UK and Global leadership teams
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Coach and develop the AFH Finance Business Partner team and foster a high-performance culture
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance

Key requirements

• Qualified finance professional with post-qualification experience
• FMCG and commercial finance / RGM experience preferred
• Strong analytical, business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive results through others
