On-Site Residential Sales Manager – Lead & Launch Homes

Dandara is seeking a Sales Manager to drive on-site performance for residential developments across the Eastern Region from launch through completion. You will lead on-site sales teams, coordinate with construction and technical colleagues, and manage incentives and deposits to secure reservations.

The role requires proven housebuilding sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management with a full driving licence.
