HV Substation Civil Chargehand & Crew Lead

Search Consultancy Ltd. is recruiting a Civil Charge Hand / Ganger for a major 400kV substation project in Pembroke, West Wales. You will lead a civil gang, supervise drainage, trenching and foundations, and ensure safety and quality on site with HSG47 HV substation requirements.

The role is temporary, starting ASAP with an expected duration into Jan 2027. Working hours are 07:30-17:30, at a rate of £35 per hour, with 50 hours per week paid. Previous NG Person experience is essential.
