Mechanical Projects Officer – Refurbishment & Design

Belfast City Council is seeking a permanent, full-time M&E Project Engineer in the Property & Projects Department. The role reports to the Assistant Programme Manager (M&E Projects) and oversees a programme of refurbishment works across council assets, ensuring compliance with legislation and statutory requirements.
