Job Description for Senior Project Manager – North-East

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects and frameworks across ECS Engineering Services Ltd. The role provides leadership to Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, Site Managers and associated delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience delivering engineering, MEICA or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Demonstrable leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and project financial performance.
• Strong planning and programme management skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
