Assistant Store Manager — Lead Customer Experience & Sales

British Heart Foundation in Workington is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team and help run the store when the Store Manager is away.

You will inspire staff and volunteers, maintain high visual merchandising standards, drive sales through physical and digital channels, and participate in recruitment and development of volunteers.

The role requires flexibility to work 35 hours per week over 7 days including weekends and bank holidays.
