Young Citizens is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to own our digital marketing and communications strategy across the UK, reaching thousands of teachers and schools. You’ll manage campaigns, content, and CRM activities using Spotler and Salesforce to drive engagement and impact.

You’ll lead on email marketing, audience journeys and reporting, while shaping communications for national programmes and events.
