TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across Grantham, Luton, M25, Kent and East Sussex. You will lead and develop on-site teams, ensuring high standards of service delivery and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Travel between sites is required as you manage rotas, budgets and recruit/train staff, while upholding company policies. The role offers 40 hours per week with flexible 5/7 working and potential weekend work.
