Edinburgh City Football Club Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to lead and deliver engineering projects across its Scottish distilleries on Islay. You will manage multi-disciplinary capital projects from concept through to handover, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, EHS and external contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
The role aims to improve reliability, safety, sustainability and production capability in a fast-paced industrial environment.
