Lead Social Worker – Justice & Restorative Services

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking an experienced practitioner/manager to join the Justice Team in Shotts Prison. You will lead the Restorative Justice service, deliver high-quality statutory duties, and manage social work staff across the local authority area.

You will require significant post-qualifying social work experience, a CQSW/DipSW or equivalent, SSSC registration, PVG clearance, and NPPV Level 2. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive learning environment.
