Job Description:
South West London & St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking a Band 4 Recovery Support Worker to work with care coordinators and the MDT in the community. You will facilitate recovery through activities, engage service users, and provide 1:1 support in homes, care homes and community settings.
The role focuses on self-care, daily living skills, social inclusion, and helping service users access resources and health services, while building rapport and promoting independence.
