Support Workers (Full & Part-Time)

We have positions for Support Workers to join our teams in some of our 2, 3 or 4 persons services in Brighton.

You will be providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You will help promote independence, dignity, and well-being while building meaningful relationships and supporting daily living activities. The role involves working on a shift basis across the week and have a monthly rota, some weekend working is required.

Regular sleep-in duties will be required as part of the support worker role, these are paid in addition.
