Frontline Customer Service Supervisor – Lead 40+ Team & Duty Manager

Booker Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a large customer-focused team within our store operations. You will play a key role in the store’s management team, stepping in as Duty Manager during select periods and driving service standards across reception and checkout areas.
