Store Floor Lead: Operations, Customer Service & Opening

Marks & Spencer in Lisburn requires an enthusiastic team leader to manage the store’s fill operations and daily tasks. You will coordinate staffing and resources to keep the selling floor ready, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

This frontline role also involves opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and acting as a key holder. You will support managers, drive productivity, and help create a safe, welcoming store environment.
