Head Kitchen Manager – Lead 15-Chef Team in Fast Dining

Butlin’s in Bognor Regis is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Head Chef to lead a busy buffet kitchen. You will manage a team of up to 15 chefs and porters, drive recruitment, training and retention, and ensure high standards and cost control in a fast-paced environment.

You will uphold health and safety compliance, manage margins, and work closely with the Venue Manager and front of house to deliver a seamless guest experience. Five days over seven, with a bonus scheme.
