Service Advisor

Personnel Solutions is looking for a personable and organised Customer Service/Service Advisor to joining our client who is are an established Automotive dealership on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be experienced within a customer-facing environment, friendly and have good communication skills.

Hours

• 8.30am-5.30pm Monday – Friday.
• 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
• Up to £32k

Responsibilities

• Scheduling services and mots
• Communicating with technicians
• Greeting customers and keeping them updated
• Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service.
