Job Description:
Cygnet Hospital Harrogate is seeking a confident Support Worker to deliver outstanding care in an acute male ward.
You will work 38.5 hours per week on 11-hour shifts, providing practical and emotional support to service users aged 18+ and helping create a safe, therapeutic environment.
Starting pay is £13.15 per hour, rising after probation and with progression, plus apprenticeships, flexible overtime, coaching, supervision and employee benefits.
