About the Role
As our Client Liaison Manager, you’ll support prospective residents and their families from first enquiry through to move‑in, providing a warm, professional and personalised experience every step of the way.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing enquiries and supporting prospective residents and their families from their first enquiry through to move‑in.
- Delivering engaging and personalised tours of the home, building trusted relationships with families, healthcare professionals and other key local stakeholders.
- Developing and managing a strong pipeline of prospective residents, driving occupancy through effective follow‑up and conversion activities.
- Representing the home within the local community through networking, business development and community engagement initiatives.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless move‑in experience and exceptional customer service throughout.
- Monitoring local market activity and identifying opportunities to enhance occupancy, performance and the home’s profile within the community.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally people‑focused, commercially aware and passionate about making a difference. You will have experience in sales, relationship management, business development, customer engagement or a similar role where building trust and delivering results are equally important.
You’ll also have:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting relationships.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple enquiries and priorities.

This role will require a DBS check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required along with a full UK driving licence.
Due to the nature of the role, occasional evening and weekend working may be required to support events, networking opportunities and prospective resident visits.
