SEMH Secondary Cover Supervisor – Calm, Impactful Learning

Five Education are seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to support SEMH pupils at a secondary school. You will oversee lessons in the absence of the class teacher, with small classes of 8-10 and a supportive team.

The role focuses on safeguarding and behavioural management with emphasis on pupils’ wellbeing and engagement. You’ll contribute to a calm, structured learning environment while adhering to school policies and safeguarding requirements.
