SEND Caseworker — Hybrid Multi-Agency Coordinator

Nottingham City Council is seeking a SEND Caseworker to coordinate and manage EHC needs assessments and reviews, in a hybrid, full-time permanent role.

You will work with families, education settings, health professionals and partner agencies to ensure statutory duties are fulfilled and outcomes for children and young people are positive.

The post emphasises child-centered practice, strong communication, and the ability to handle complex cases within statutory timescales.
