Overview

In this role you will lead MEP coordination on fast-paced fit-out projects in Central London, ensuring smooth design-to-handover delivery. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors and consultants to maintain programme, quality and cost targets. You will resolve technical and coordination issues and support commissioning and handover, while upholding health and safety and compliance. Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP services on fit-out projects
• Support design development and technical reviews
• Work with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Assist with procurement and package management
• Ensure delivery aligns with programme, quality, and cost targets
• Help resolve technical issues and coordination challenges
• Support commissioning and handover of services
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance

Key requirements

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services
• Experience as a TSM / Assistant TSM / MEP Manager / Project Engineer
• Proven experience on fit-out or commercial projects
• Understanding of MEP coordination and delivery
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to develop your career
• Based in or able to commute to Central London
