Court of Protection Solicitor

Location: Manchester/hybrid

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded, specialist Property & Affairs team in Manchester.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (1-4 years PQE)
• Demonstrable knowledge of welfare benefits, deputyships, PI trust matters and the Mental Capacity Act
• Strong background in personal injury or private client
• STEP qualification would be beneficial but not essential
