First-Line IT Support Officer – North Wales

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our IT Service Desk in North Wales. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues, solving hardware and software issues and ensuring patient care tools stay available.
