Retail Customer Service Manager (20h/wk)

Entain operates Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops and seeks a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service, drive standards and support the Shop team. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers, build relationships and contribute to repeat business.

Salary is £13.00 per hour with a 20-hour weekly rota ongoing. Shifts include early, late, and weekend work, with a focus on high shop standards, cash handling and customer satisfaction.
