Warehouse Operations Supervisor — Lead Team & Deliver Excellence

Arvato in Corby is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing warehouse team on a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement while building a culture of accountability.

You’ll develop people, manage KPIs, collaborate with Inventory, Quality and Customer Services, and ensure customer service standards are met.
