About You
Are you an experienced and proactive operations professional? We are looking for someone like you to provide effective support across our southern estate. You should be highly organized, commercially aware, and confident in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to maintain operational standards and deliver business priorities.
With a background in fast-paced retail, hospitality, food service, or multi-site environments, you will have a strong grasp of operational processes and customer service. Your ability to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and support teams in implementing practical solutions will be key to your success.
As a strong communicator, you will build positive relationships with colleagues, franchise partners, and internal stakeholders. You should be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and providing hands‑on support when needed. A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel across the South are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing day-to-day operational support across the Southern region, collaborating closely with Regional Managers, franchise partners, and internal teams.
- Supporting the delivery of operational standards, processes, and business initiatives, ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented consistently.
- Analyzing operational and commercial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing further support or action.
- Assisting with the coordination and implementation of regional projects, new initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Acting as a key point of contact for operational queries and providing hands‑on support as needed.
