Financial Controller: Path to CFO, Dashboards & Strategy

INDACC is seeking a Financial Controller to build the financial backbone for a fast-growing restoration and construction services company in the Birmingham area. This role offers a rare path from Controller to CFO, with direct influence on financial strategy and hands-on ownership from day one.

You will own P&L, month-/year-end closes, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. Build dashboards and KPIs, track job-level profitability, and implement scalable controls to support rapid growth.
