Growth Marketing Manager — App Growth & Content

We need a Growth Marketing Manager to scale AceSpeak’s user acquisition and retention. You will own app store optimisation, referral campaigns and content that helps people discover the app.

Responsibilities

• Own App Store and Google Play optimisation
• Plan and execute digital growth campaigns
• Create product-led content, email and referral copy
• Monitor performance and optimise acquisition funnels
• Work with product and design on messaging and assets

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in growth marketing, ideally for mobile apps or SaaS
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Experience with analytics and performance marketing
• Comfortable working in a small, cross-functional team

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer wellbeing, learning, or skill-building
• Paid acquisition, SEO, or influencer/referral experience

AceSpeak candidate exercise

Employment: Full time. Location: Remote / hybrid within the UK; London preferred. Salary: £45,000–£65,000 / year.
