Support Worker: Flexible Shifts + Driver Role

Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Redruth. As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals with learning disabilities live full, independent lives by assisting with daily activities at home and in the community.

You will work across 2 services in Redruth, including support with epilepsy, medication and diabetes, and you’ll play a vital role in promoting wellbeing and safety. This role requires you to be a driver.
