Overview
In this role you will lead contract management and change control for major infrastructure and energy programmes, ensuring commercial integrity and cost certainty. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to govern contract changes, manage risk and drive value. Responsibilities
- Lead contract management and change control across major projects
- Manage contract variations, claims and commercial risk
- Oversee supplier performance, governance and compliance
- Provide cost, commercial and quantity surveying support
- Support procurement, reporting and stakeholder management
- Drive value, performance improvement and successful commercial outcomes
Key requirements
- Experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying
- Background delivering major Infrastructure or Energy projects
- Experience managing complex contracts, change control and commercial risk
- Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting skills
- Knowledge of NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts
