Premium Fashion Store Manager – Lead Sales & Merchandising

Crew Clothing in Swindon is seeking a Cluster Store Manager to drive store sales, KPIs and customer experience. You will recruit, motivate and develop the team, uphold premium visual standards and ensure the brand is delivered consistently across the store.

You will lead from the front on sales performance, people management and merchandising to create a shopping experience customers love. On-site role with a 37.5 hour week.
